This is the same responsibility you carry on any production — StoryCoPilot doesn't change that.
To transcribe and analyse your interviews, audio is processed through third-party services (Deepgram for transcription, Anthropic for AI features). These services process your data in real time and do not store or train on it. You should avoid recording information you're not authorised to share with third-party processors.
Documentary interviews often involve sensitive personal information. You're responsible for handling this material in line with applicable data protection law, just as you would with any production tool or recording device.
StoryCoPilot is provided as a production tool without guarantees. We're not liable for data loss, transcription errors, or any issues arising from how recordings are used. You agree to hold the developer harmless from any claims related to your use of the app.
